There is a full and efficient oil-fired central heating system for the winter months. The rent does not include oil or electricity, though a modest consumption of £10 per week is allowed for electricity. Coal for the fire can be bought from the Spar in the village, or from the Farmers Union depot at the Penygroeslon crossroads, just past Rhoshirwaun. The house telephone receives incoming calls, but outgoing calls are barred, except for local and emergency numbers.
Linen is NOT SuppliedSuggested LinenFitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases for the beds (the double bed is king size – 5 foot / 150 cm), bath towels, 3 hand towels for the basins including cloakroom, 2 bathmats.
PetsPets are welcome – just please, not on the beds!! Try to keep them downstairs – wet dogs make the carpets smelly. |
