We have Wireless Broadband access throughout the house.
There is a full and efficient oil-fired central heating system for the
winter months. The rent does not include oil or electricity, though 20%
of your consumption cost is born by us. Coal for the fire can be bought
from the Spar in the village, or from the Wynnstay Stores depot at the
Penygroeslon crossroads, just past Rhoshirwaun. The house telephone
receives incoming calls, but outgoing calls are barred, except for local
and emergency numbers.
Fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases for the beds (the double bed is king size – 5 foot / 150 cm), bath towels, 3 hand towels for the basins including cloakroom, 2 bathmats.
Pets are welcome – just please, not on the beds!!
Try to keep them downstairs – wet dogs make the carpets smelly.
